Unmarked Grave

“I have loved only two men in my life,” she said. “One is six feet under, and the other is a million miles away”.

I did not tell her that both men were dead. The man that she knew, that she fell in love with from a million miles away, died when he found out that he couldn't be with her.

Now only I remain.
